Bósforo pours mezcal and almost nothing else, in a dark room off Luis Moya with a door you will walk past twice. The bottles are largely unlabeled and sourced directly from palenques the owners have visited.

Ask for something from Oaxaca and let them choose the village. Order the orange with sal de gusano.
