The bar that made barrel-aging a category
Jeffrey Morgenthaler put a Negroni in a barrel here in 2010 and every bar in America spent the following decade doing the same. The room is a hotel restaurant with communal tables and none of the hotel-bar hush.
The barrel-aged Negroni is still on. It is still correct.
